The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that there is allegation in the F.I.R. that the petitioner armed with sword and two others armed with lathi assaulted the informant mercilessly, the doctor who examined the informant found only two injuries which were simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
