The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019 registered under Sections 384, 387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
