The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 49/2016 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have made folder registers of appointment of Panchayat Teachers in the year 2006. It is submitted that the petitioner was the In-charge of Chandi Baligano Panchayat on 15.05.2015. The petitioner did not take charge of the folder registers of appointment of teachers of the aforesaid Panchayat. The petitioner was not posted in the aforesaid Panchayat in the year 2006 in which the appointment was made. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22180 of 2016 (4) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 49/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
