The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 87.840 liters of illicit liquor from the Scorpio vehicle in which the petitioner is said to have been sitting.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as the said Scorpio vehicle does not belong to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
