During pendency of the present contempt petition, the official respondents have complied the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in CWJC No. 18378 of 2021 in passing order dated 20.04.2022 vide Annexure-A to the show-cause on behalf of the opposite party no.3 vide Memo no. 343.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the order dated 20.04.2022.
