Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH And HON'BLE JUSTICE SMT NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 16-12-2015 Report of the Registrar General, in sealed cover, has been opened.
Pursuant to orders of this Court dated 09.08.1996, considering the whole matter, in our view, the matter may not be proceeded with after such a long period and after the death of the counsel through whom the writ petition and the Letters Patent Appeal were filed. Apparently, the dispute is between the builder and the land owner.
As the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal as is apparent from order dated 09.08.1996, the appeal be deemed to be dismissed as not pressed.
