21.01.2015 Petitioner No. 1 is stated to be mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 said to be father-in-law. Both apprehend arrest in Complaint Case No. 392 of 2012, for the offences punishable under section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking at the fact that O.P. No. 2 does not seem to be interested in any kind of reconciliation, which is evident from report annexed in Cr. Misc. No. 37402 of 2013 coupled with the nature of allegation made against these two petitioners, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with
