Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barachatti P.S. Case No.699 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries. It is also submitted that both parties have compromised the case and settled their dispute (Annexure 4). The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.27882 of 2021(3) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as Annexure 4, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.699 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
