Petitioner is an accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B) / 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is the husband of the informant's sister has been made accused merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, on perusal of the first information report, submits that due to non-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15272 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 fulfillment of dowry, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the sister of the informant. As such, the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of regular bail.

Having considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U
