This writ petition was admitted for hearing for consideration of the grievance of the petitioner as to whether he was entitled for payment of security amount for the entire period even when connection prayed for by the petitioner was seasonal. Mr. Samdarshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs that although at the relevant time such was the grievance of the petitioner but by passage of time demand increased and now he is a consumer of permanent connection and
Patna High Court CWJC No.11367 of 1996 (8) dt.13-01-2017 thus, whatever security deposit made by the petitioner has been adjusted against the connection of the petitioner rendering the issue infructuous.
