The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner for the post of Constable as the petitioner had applied for the post of Constable in view of vacancy published vide advertisement no. 1/2012 and completed all the process like physical test and document verification successfully and further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievances, if any.
