Case No. 17 of 2018 dated 05.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 427, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

During the delivery of possession of land by the Circle Officer under the orders of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, he was attacked by the miscreants. Several persons have been named in the F.I.R and several unknown persons also have been named in this case.

The petitioner, though is named in the F.I.R. but nothing specific has been alleged against him. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
