The present application has been filed against the impugned order by which the learned court below has rejected the objection filed by the petitioner against the report of the Pleader Commissioner in final decree proceeding.

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the final decree has already been passed on 17.03.2016. In this view of the matter, the petitioner has the remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.13839 of 2014 dt.27-09-2016 of filing appeal in accordance with law against the final decree. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order invoking its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
