During course of investigation of Saharsa Sadar P.S.

Case No.1076/2017, the Investigating Officer got confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social elements who were preparing to commit an offence, raid was conducted and during course thereof, one Karn Kumar @ Rama Kumar managed to escape while six persons were apprehended including the petitioner. On search, from the possession of others loaded pistol , other items were recovered while from the possession of petitioner mobile set was recovered. As per para-3 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 25.10.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Aman Kumar is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1606 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
