The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 953 of 2013 in which, cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2013 against the complainant's husband and others on 04-07-2013 for the offence of the same day and in retaliation to institution of that aforesaid police case, the complainant filed this complaint petition on 20-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26474 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 07-2013 in respect of an occurrence which is said to have taken place on 01-07-2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C.R. No. 953 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhubani.
