Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35347 of 2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that now charge has been framed against the petitioner and he undertakes to abide by any condition that may be imposed upon him by this court, if bail is granted Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49605 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and appear on each and every date in Court and on failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates, without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail.
