Patna High Court CWJC No.5503 of 2020 dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed the provisional merit list dated 05.02.2020. Prayer for selection to the post of Kanungo is without impleading such of those names which are reflected in the provisional merit list. Therefore, for nonjoinder of necessary and proper party, the present petition stands dismissed. That apart writ petition is not maintainable against provisional merit list. Petitioner has a remedy of filing objections and if objections are not considered in that event cause of action would arise.
