Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.154 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354, 379, 325 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against

In the opinion of this Court, no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

Considering the above, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Sasaram, District Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S.
