JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 By the instant application preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioners have challenged the order dated 14.02.2019 passed by the learned Sub Judge-XIV, Muzaffarpur in Final Decree No.41 of 1953 whereby the proceeding of the final decree has been stayed upto 15.04.2019.

2. The instant case was filed on 16.03.2019. We are in the month of July. Due to efflux of time, the application has become infructuous.
