ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2018 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion, the petitioner has been taken into custody and there has been no recovery from him. It is further submitted that till date, no T.I. Parade has been conducted and the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42744 of 2018 (2) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
