The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of pre-arrest for the third time. His earlier applications were rejected on 20.05.2013 and 31.10.2013.

While rejecting the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner on 31.10.2013, this Court had observed that no fresh ground has been urged to reconsider the matter. Once again, he has renewed the application without there being any new ground.

In a serious case of murder the involvement of the petitioner has transpired. It is surprising as to how the petitioner has managed to evade the process of law for such a long period. The application is nothing but an abuse of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17930 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 process of law. It, is rejected, accordingly. The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to take all coercive steps in order to produce the petitioner Rajendra Mehta @ Rajendra Mahto @ Rajendra Prasad Mehta before the court in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2012 without any delay.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad.
