2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 93) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118(1) 109, 76 and 352 of the BNS.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18278 of 2025(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other coaccused persons assaulted informant and others, as a result of which 4 persons sustained injury out of which one Naveen Kumar sustained grievous injury who is alleged to have been assaulted by petitioner No. 2 Harendra Prasad Yadav and so far as, petitioner Nos. 1 , 3 , 4, 5 and 6 are concerned, injuries caused by them is simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Considering the fact that injury caused by petitioner No. 2 is grievous in nature , the prayer for pre - arrest bail of petitioner No. 2 is rejected.
5 . Considering the nature of injury caused by petitioner Nos. 1 , 3 , 4, 5 and 6, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner Nos. 1 , 3 , 4, 5 and 6, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Dhaka at Motihari East Champaran Motihari in connection with Jharokhar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the
