2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024 instituted under Sections 109, 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner had shot at the victim causing firearm injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

6. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail

7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

8. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
