====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60097 of 2022. At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that vide order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60097 of 2022 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but it was wrongly typed in the bail petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In this regard he has filed the present modification application stating therein that the petitioners are accused in two other criminal cases in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24973 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 which the petitioners are on bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to correct the criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 5 of the modification application and to extend the time for further four weeks to execute their bail bonds.

Considering the aforesaid facts, four weeks further time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below from the date of the receipt of the order. Accordingly, the order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60097 of 2022 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) shakir/- U T
