ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2015 The Petitioner has moved this application against the order dated 09.04.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, by which he has granted interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 in Misc. Case No.11 of 2009.

On the first day of hearing, this Court had noticed the Opposite Party No.2 to attempt settlement but despite service of notice she has chosen not to appear before this Court. This matter relates to matrimonial dispute and it would not be wise to interfere with the order impugned at this stage. Hence, the application is disposed off with direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, to conclude the proceeding
