The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.380 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not the owner of the e-rickshaw and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
