It has been pointed out that under wrong misconception, complete paragraph 10 in the last portion of the order dated 14.03.2019 which is as follows - "If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law on the same day and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order." has inadvertently been left out.
