Claim of the petitioner is for grant of grade pay of Rs 2400/- by virtue of being a lower division clerk on account of revision.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue of distinction/similarity between the cadre of the petitioner and accounts clerk has now been settled as per decision of the Finance department dated 16.07.2015 under memo no. 6338. In view of said submission, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Principal Secretary-cum- Commissioner,
