JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners tortured the daughter of the informant physical and mental for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and killing her for such non-fulfillment of demand. The petitioners committed the said crime with the help of their other family members. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25988 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 the petitioners are named in the First Information Report. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) P.K./- U T
