Petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 289 of 2018 for the offence under sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section30(1) 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 93.79 liters of liquor. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38568 of 2018 vide order dated 02.07.2018.
