2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is an accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in very late in the case but the petitioner has given self-inculpatory statement about his participation in the crime. Moreover, the petitioner has suppressed his antecedent as he is accused in four cases but the petitioner on oath has given only one case in which

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
