ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.132 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that there is a land dispute

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26191 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 between the parties and that there was petty dispute regarding touching of barbed wire, though there was no premeditation, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, District-Darbhanga, in connection with Biraul P.S.
