JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 304(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code The petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant and hanged her on the fan due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

No.17776 of 2022(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is living separately from the husband of the deceased. There are four other criminal cases pending against the petitioner as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the affair of the deceased and her husband. The petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
