2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the sister in law of the deceased who is in jail since 11.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023.
