ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Rautara P.S. case No.4 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act, pending in the court of C.J.M., Katihar. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioners.
