JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,380,323 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant when co accused Mohan Singh ravished the informant and the petitioners took away a box and other articles from the house of the informant. Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2005 and the petitioners are named in the FIR, this court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28451 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2005 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
