The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case no. 96 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have given blow on the head of the informant by means of spade over land dispute. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case between them. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 09.08.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50398 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Munger in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case no. 96 of 2016.
