Petitioner is an accused in connection with Lauki P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 102 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
