JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is to have killed father of the informant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has been made accused in the present case on the basis of suspicion due to previous enmity. Except the same, there is no other material in the case diary to suggest his implication in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that except suspicion, no other material has come in course of investigation against the petitioner.
On behalf of the informant it has been submitted that there is strong suspicion against the petitioner for committing the alleged offence.
