Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by the coaccused, namely, Rajeev Sada, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019.

Case No. 92 of 2019.
