Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 167 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have got entered his name in revenue documents by making overwriting in the relevant register.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner happens to be uncle of the complainant/opposite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20705 of 2020(3) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 party no. 2 and dispute regarding the land in question is going on between the parties and the petitioner has filed title suit. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIth, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 167 of 2019, Tr. No. 3267 of 20, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahzad/- U T
