1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities to grant 2nd and 3rd MACP to the petitioner, which has became due after completion of 30 years of service, after considering and granting 1" ACP from the date it became due payable after completion of 12 years of service, as the same has been granted to other similarly situated: employees, one of them is Shri Shyam babu Ram and Shri Surya Narayan and in a very arbitrary and discriminatory manner the same has not been

(II) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities for making payment of consequential benefits attached to the same, after granting 2nd and 3rd MACP from the date it become due to the petitioner."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 i.e. the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
