Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as also learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The case is registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 379, 326(A), 504, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.160 of 2021. On 22.07.2022, the following order was passed. "In view of the aforesaid statement, this Court is inclined to grant him the privilege of bail for a period of one month on the undertaking given by the counsel for the petitioner that he will take

The petitioner and the informant, thereafter, will file a petition in the present bail application before the expiry of period of provisional bail either separately or jointly on the development that may take place after the release of the petitioner for a month on provisional bail.

Let the petitioner be released on provisional bail for a period of one month on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 160 of 2021.

Let this matter come up on 17.8.2022.

Today, 17.08.2022 although no affidavit has been filed, it has been jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant that the couple is living happily in the house of the lady and as such the learned counsel for the informant submits that the lady has no objection if the impugned bail order granted to the petitioner is confirmed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17646 of 2022(3) dt.17-08-2022 3/3 Considering the aforesaid submission jointly made by the counsel for the petitioner and the informant, this Court is inclined to confirm the bail order granted to the petitioner on 22.07.2022.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application is allowed.
