The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.03.2014, issued by the Collector, Supaul, initiating departmental proceeding against the petitioner.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that the department proceeding has already stood concluded and the petitioner has been dismissed

Patna High Court CWJC No.18804 of 2014(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 from service, vide punishment order dated 28.06.2014, passed by the District Magistrate, Supaul, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
