Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 63 of the Copy Right Act. It is alleged that the printing press of the petitioner used to print duplicate sticker of Dabur Gulabri. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is owner of the same and he was not aware about the detail printing process as the orders are being taken by the staff. It is submitted that offence under Section 63 of the Copy Right Act is not made out. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29268 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 138 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
