2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for directing the respondent authorities to vacate the piece of the land situated under Mauja-Musi, Thana No.341, Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No.4560 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/3 No.69, Plot No.713, area 3.46 decimals Plot No.716. Area 1.20 decimal belongs to the Raiyati Land of the petitioner, which has been acquired by the respondent authorities and panchayat Bhawan has been constructed without consent of the petitioner and without paying the compensation amount of the aforesaid land without acquiring the aforesaid piece of the land in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act;

3. From the paragraph-15, it appears that petition before the respondent no.2, the Collector, Gaya is pending (Annexure-4 to the said petition).

4. A perusal of the same would show that it is not a detailed representation and in absence of that it may not be possible for the concerned respondent to pass an appropriate order.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file a representation alongwith all the relevant documents within

Patna High Court CWJC No.4560 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 3/3 a period of four weeks from today before the respondentCollector, Gaya. In case, such representation is filed, the same shall be taken into consideration and after hearing all the concerned parties, it has to be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of six months from the date of submission of the representation.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
