2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report along with six others but not as assailant, rather member of the unlawful assembly, which is attributed with omnibus allegation of assault. In the circumstances, petitioner should be well advised to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that this Court has not admitted the petitioner to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest.
