The petitioner being the father-in-law of the deceased is facing accusation punishable under sections 304-B and 201/34 IPC in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013 and seeks the privilege of anticipatory bail. Within seven years of marriage the deceased was done to death in the matrimonial home and her body was disposed of.

The contention of the petitioner is that he is the father-inlaw of the deceased and was not present in the house at the time of occurrence. It was the duty of the husband to take care of his wife. It is also contended that the marriage had produced two siblings. Be that as it may, considering the allegation against the
