The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 504, 323, 506, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, who himself is not an eyewitness of the occurrence filed a written report stating therein that on 14.06.2017 his minor daughter aged about 13 years was kidnapped by petitioner along with other 2-3 unknown persons. The victim has been recovered as well as examined under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. wherein, she has put allegation only against Rajesh Raut.
