The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 60 of 2018 arising out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 333, 307, 353, 342, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that other co-accused has been granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 39938 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact that other co-accused has been granted bail, the petitioners, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41182 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Madhepura, in connection with Excise Case No. 60 of 2018 arising out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 296 of 2018.
